During a single session or duration of a therapy program, many different strokes, techniques, stretches, and pressures are used to make your experience totally customized. Various modalities may be incorporated into any session based on specific symptoms and the assessment of your soft tissue. The massage we perform is integrative in nature, which includes the relaxation aspect of massage, the therapeutic affect of tension/stress relief, and gentle pain relief.
