Chair yoga is great for beginners who are new to yoga, those experiencing knee or hip problems, injuries, office workers who sit long hours, or those who can’t do floor yoga on a mat. No previous yoga experience required.

Beginners Yoga (all levels)
Tuesdays and Thursdays ~ 9:00am - 10:00am
Slow yoga is beneficial for anyone who wants to focus on practicing yoga in a slow, gentle environment. In this class we use supportive props while focusing on basic yoga poses, exploring various modifications for each pose. No previous yoga experience required.
