BEGINNER LEVEL YOGA CLASSES
Enjoy an adaptable practice in our supportive community where you’ll be guided through gentle poses that will strengthen and relax your body, mind and spirit. All classes are suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too challenging or who wish to practice yoga in a slow, gentle environment. Improve balance, increase flexibility, and move with ease! Props and modifications are always offered when appropriate. No experience required. We explore physical postures, breath, and relaxation in all classes.
Classes meet for 60 minutes. Registration currently open to massage clients only. Public classes resume in September.
