BEGINNER LEVEL YOGA CLASSES

Enjoy an adaptable practice in our supportive community where you’ll be guided through gentle poses that will strengthen your body, mind and spirit. All classes are suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too challenging or who wish to practice yoga in a slow, gentle environment. Improve balance, increase flexibility, and move with ease! Props and modifications are always offered when appropriate. No experience required. We explore physical postures, breath, and relaxation in all classes. 

 

Classes meet for 60 minutes. Currently open to massage clients only. Max 6 students per class.

Due to COVID-19, we currently do not offer public drop-ins. 

WEEKLY CLASSES (JUNE - AUGUST)

Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm

Wednesday evenings 5:00 - 6:00pm

Monday mornings 8:00 - 9:00am
