BEGINNER LEVEL YOGA CLASSES (6-week sessions)
Enjoy an adaptable practice in our supportive community where you’ll be guided through gentle poses that will strengthen your body, mind and spirit. All classes are suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too challenging or who wish to practice yoga in a slow, gentle environment. Improve balance, increase flexibility, and move with ease in our various class offerings. Props and modifications are always offered when appropriate. No experience required. We explore physical postures, breath, and relaxation in all classes.
Classes meet for 60 minutes, one day per week for 6 weeks. Registration is currently open to massage clients only.
Registration Fee: $90. Max 5 students per class.
